This year we didn’t have any set calendar of breaks but next year maybe we could have general ideas so that we can space out work better.
Ideas for Breaks
- In general, follow the NYC DOE break calendar for things like spring break
- Take more time off in December and June given the pressures of the semester end (finals and college applications, for example)
- Individuals can always take breaks as needed with advanced communication so we can share the load
- Holidays are flexible!
- Circles can set their own schedules
