As YPC grows, there are time sensitive ongoing admin tasks that may be better outsourced to an admin service versus training members to do it themselves because they’re heavily based on standard operating procedures and will continue in perpetuity. The purpose of having a service is that the company providing the service is responsible for always having someone available and building expertise.
