I’m hearing that some organizations have had an overwhelming amount of interest but not the capacity to work with every potential volunteer and/or job applicant.
I also know the opposite is possible, with organizations needing to reach more youth activists or people interested in activism.
One strategy for bridging the difference could be for an organization to bottom-line creating a platform for people to recruit activists.
