Create Leadership Development Circle

The leadership development circle is really emerging! I’d like to officially create the circle. In order to do that, we also need to update our documentation on how to create a circle.

@Carlee123 I think part of creating the leadership development circle has to be recruiting members. Who do you have in mind? Who do others recommend?

Sophia James (on the Hub) is interested, especially in the adult allyship space! I also think talking with XR Youth NYC could be valuable because they’re also a youth-led sociocratic organization.
