Communities of Practice aren’t working circles. They are a group that meets together to build community but don’t hold a domain. For example, a movie club or a BIPOC affinity space.
We could support communities of practice though! If we’re looser with that support, we could just recommend that people come together to talk about it, like via a Slack channel with occasional meetups. See Community-Centered Fundraising as an example. If we’re more structured, it could look something like Sociocracy for All’s structure.
