@Sophie.Xu and I were talking about how time to advocate is currency and power. We have an idea for YPC to make sure all schools have options for young people to spend in-school time on advocacy and that this time is not overly structured. Sophie’s currently in a “Community Service” class that she uses in this way but she doesn’t like the name of the class and this kind of class isn’t available for everyone.
